What we liked
- + Same French press system brews loose tea or tea bags, and you press the plunger when the tea is strong enough.
- + Borosilicate glass body lets you watch the color of the tea develop.
- + Filter has an elastic silicone rim that keeps leaves inside the strainer while steeping.
Trade-offs
- - The 17 oz size is about two small cups, so it is a one-person or two-person pot.
- - Glass body is breakable, and the listing gives no dishwasher guidance.
