What we liked
- + Preset temps include 155F for white tea, 175F for green tea, 195F for oolong and 212F for black and herbal.
- + Digital display, one-touch boil and 30-minute keep warm make everyday use simple.
- + Double-wall design keeps the exterior cool to the touch, with a cordless 360 degree base.
Trade-offs
- - Five fixed settings, so you cannot dial in any exact degree like on a fully adjustable kettle.
- - At 1.7 L it holds much more than the old 30 oz Adagio, which is more than one person needs.
