What we liked
- + The 18 oz (510 ml) bowl has a spout and non-slip lines on the side for pouring and whisking.
- + A complete starter list: bowl, bamboo whisk, chasen holder, bamboo spoon and steel sifter.
- + Bowl and holder are listed as microwave and dishwasher safe with a lead-free glaze.
Trade-offs
- - Generic brand with little detail on whisk prong count, so expect limited specifics on the bamboo pieces.
- - No matcha powder is included, and the scoop is a spoon rather than a traditional chashaku.
