What we liked
- + Holds roughly 1 gram of matcha per scoop, as the listing says, which makes portions repeatable.
- + Polished bamboo surface is described as helping powder not stick, and the long handle keeps fingers clean.
- + Light and small enough to fit a matcha tin or drawer, and priced as an inexpensive single scoop.
Trade-offs
- - A 1 gram scoop means two or three scoops for a standard bowl, so you must count as you go.
- - Bamboo should be kept dry and wiped clean, and the listing gives no length.
