What we liked
- + Whisks automatically so you do not need to whisk by hand, and the listing says it takes a traditional bamboo whisk.
- + Comes with the unit, a handcrafted bamboo whisk and a ceramic stand or reshaper, so it is ready to use.
- + Runs on 2 AA batteries (not included), so there is no charging, and the adapter is listed to fit all whisk sizes.
Trade-offs
- - Batteries are not included, and the silicone rings must hold the whisk correctly for it to work.
- - Motorized whisking costs more than a plain chasen, and it adds a battery-powered part to what is otherwise a hand tool.
