Bubble tea straws are extra-wide straws designed to pull tapioca pearls up with each sip, a must for anyone drinking boba at home. They help home tea drinkers who make or buy bubble tea and want a reusable, eco-friendly alternative to disposable plastic. The best straws have a bore wide enough for pearls, an angled or beveled tip that pierces sealed cups cleanly, and food-safe, durable material like stainless steel, glass or silicone. Look for a length that suits your cups, a cleaning brush for the wider tube, and a smooth mouthpiece. Reusable sets with a carry case are handy for travel, and dishwasher-safe options keep upkeep simple between drinks.
